Georgia Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA) is a non-profit chapter of National HFMA.
The Georgia Chapter of HFMA needed a system that could increase their capacity to communicate efficiently and cost-effectively while reducing the work required by their elected volunteers.
Futuretech developed a highly visible website that helped them to increase their web traffic by 500+ percent. The new GHFMA website allows administrators to perform many internal communication tasks which has resulted in a significant increase in web traffic, increased participation in events and surveys, as well as reduced administrative costs. Georgia HFMA Certifications is an educational division of the Georgia Chapter HFMA.
The Georgia Chapter of HFMA needed an online exam system to replace their manually coordinated traditional paper format. The required system would need to configure and coordinate multiple exams for a variety of proctored testing facilities across a range of schedules. It would also need to produce a wide range of reports as well as handle student requirements such as practice exams, study guides, and historical records.
Futuretech created a robust suite of administrative tools that allow a great deal of flexibility for exam creation as well as detailed control over respoitories of students, locations, proctors, exam schedules and other information. Some of the tools provided include;

Alabama Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA) is a non-profit chapter of National HFMA.
The Alabama Chapter of HFMA needed a system that could increase their capacity to communicate efficiently and cost-effectively while reducing the work required by their elected volunteers.
The sharing of architecture and ideas between the Georgia Chapter HFMA and the Alabama Chapter HFMA has resulted in a variety of multi-chapter Yerger awards for the board members that contributed to the initiation of these projects. Currently, the Georgia and Alabama chapters of HFMA are the most awarded chapters in the history of HFMA and continue to set the bar for technology and communication enhancements. The model for the administrative systems initiated on the Georgia Chapter HFMA was adopted by the Alabama Chapter. This strategic adoption allowed us to standardize practices and reduce implementation costs between the chapters. The sharing of ideas between the chapters ultimately lead us to collaboration on how Region 5 would be handled as well.

Region 5 is a network of 5 Chapters of the Healthcare Financial Management Association (Georgia, Alabama, South Carolina, Tennesssee, and Florida). They hold an annual meeting called the "Dixie Institute". The Dixie Institute is a very large multi-chapter meeting with numerous sponsors, exhibitors, and attendees that the participating chapters alternate sponsoring.
Region 5 needed a way to standardize, coordinate and efficiently manage the Dixie Institute in order to control cost and efficiency. Collaboration between the chapters was essential to unify the southeast's Region 5.
FutureTech initiated an online management and registration system where designated managers from each chapter could control the various tasks necessary to host the Dixie Institute. Each year, the Dixie website is modified to display the hosting chapter's theme. From there, the hosting chapter has an administration module which allows them to control every aspect of sponsorship, exhibition, registrations, badges, and all of the confirmations necessary to inform registrants of their registration status. The board members from each chapter collaborated on the technical improvements so that much of the same architecture from the ALHFMA and GAHFMA websites could be utilized but with customizations that are specific to HFMA Region 5's changing needs.

Solvay Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is part of a dynamic, multi-billion dollar global organization based in Brussels, Belgium. This organization, Solvay S.A., is active in four sectors: chemicals, pharmaceuticals, plastics and processing. Atlanta area-based Solvay Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is the U.S. headquarters of the Solvay Group’s global pharmaceuticals sector.
Solvey needed an internal scoring system for the training evaluation of sales representatives.
FutureTech developed the SCORE system to provide weighted scales for different Products and Theraputic Areas that would be applied to determine the appropriate pay scale for each representative graduating from training to field service. This extensive training and reporting system streamlined the scoring process for Field Representatives by allowing administrators to quickly configure Reps, Classes, Products, Theraputic Areas, and Weights.

Receivia & Nationwide Recovery Service (NRS) are two of the leading revenue cycle management and debt recovery firms in the country providing services such as extended business office, third party insurance billing and collections, patient access management, managed care audit, medical records coding, interim staffing, and information technology solutions.
Both companies used extensive amounts of paper and MS Access spreasheets to manage millions of receivables records. They needed a massive overall to their internal management systems as well as a fresh look for their web presence.
FutureTech provided them with a Work Flow Automation System that is totally paperless in Microsoft .Net and SQL Server 2000 environment. Administrators could run their reports online. Team Leaders could manage work to their teams right from the application control panel. All of a team members work was integrated into this tight application. The application allowed team leaders to allocate work to a member or group of members prioritized in the form of a queue. This eliminated manual work and hence errors on part of the supervisors and team members. It also eliminated any conflicts in allocation of accounts to teams and team members within. The application increased the efficiency of the team manifold and brought in considerable profit to the company.

Norwin Technologies needed professional branding to create their corporate identity and an overhaul to their web presense. Additionally, they required a method to conduct thorough interviews and stay in constant visual communication with their residency staffing representatives.
FutureTech provided Norwin Technologies with a new logo, website, and branding for corporate presentations and other advertising requirements. FutureTech has also worked closely with Norwin representatives to integrate video broadcasting and other time tracking solutions.

Stored Value Technologies LLC (SVT) is an early stage consumer service marketing company that has developed a fully integrated multi-faceted card payment system. SVT's card issuing and payment transaction processing business supports a variety of "Stored Value" (prepaid) business applications including retail cash cards, compensation disbursement, gift cards, and loyalty cards.
Stored Value Technologies needed a financial transaction system for cardholders, employers, and agents that could handle all aspects of card issuance and management through a secure online interface.
FutureTech created the Stored Value Technologies financial system to handle accounts and transactions related to the SVT Card. The payroll loading process is similar to direct deposit and since the card is loaded with the employee's payroll funds, cardholders are not required to have a checking account. Account management, card loading, card transfers, and additional cardholder functionality are all handled through this secure online financial system. The system is also capable of issuing cards for employers and agents.

Cakes Across America is a professionally staffed customer service center which coordinates event details with a network of local bakers throughout America. Their freshly baked custom decorated cakes are hand delivered by neighborhood bakers all across the country.
Cakes Across America needed an online cake customization system that could be used for small individual orders as well as large corporate events. They would need to customize party orders with a variety of cakes choices, bakery items, frosting art, party supplies, and delivery methods.
FutureTech designed a website and order customization system that allowed CAA users and administrators to design and manage complete cake orders. The system accepted uploaded artwork and cake details and then allowed the user to choose a variety of delivery locations, dates, and additional party supplies.
